At MKGI, we sing more than carols during the holidays. Grab a microphone and celebrate (or lament) the snowy season: it's our annual friendraiser,* A Not So Silent Night of Karaoke!This is your chance to sing along to your favorite songs or cheer from the crowd, get silly or give it your all, and inject some joy and whimsy into the winter quiet all while raising vital funds to support our mission of equipping people with the tools of nonviolence. Your ticket directly supports our work for a more sustainable and just world. Come ready to sing, celebrate the season, and make some noise for peace!
*This event is a friend-raiser for the Institute: we are aiming to raise funds and friends! The suggested donation with your ticket is $10. If you want to come and are short on cash, we got you. Your presence is invaluable and we hope you'll invite all of your friends, too!
