  • Creativity & Connection meets nonviolence at our Season for Nonviolence Creative Cafes!

Join us in exploring the values of the Season for Nonviolence through crafts, connection & community. In each session, we'll draw inspiration from the Season's values, but how you express it is entirely up to you.

All are welcome. No crafting experience or prior knowledge of nonviolence is needed!

    About the Season for Nonviolence:

The Season for Nonviolence marks the 64 days between the anniversaries of the deaths of Mohandas Gandhi on January 30 and Martin Luther King Jr. on April 4. Each year, people worldwide participate in the Season for Nonviolence by pledging to create intentional time in their day to reflect on different parts of nonviolence. These Creative Cafes offer a chance for folks to engage in the Season through crafting and community across 64 days; we hope to see you there!

Creative Cafe sessions will be held at the Gandhi Institute on the following Thursdays at 5 PM:
    January 30
    Februrary 13
    February 27
    March 13

*We depend on our community to participate, inform, and partially fund our programming, so we truly appreciate your choice to support us in a way that aligns with you.
